Shipping and Return Policy
We are happy to offer free ground shipping for orders of $50.00 or more in the USA. If you wish to upgrade to express shipping, you will have the option to make this selection at checkout. Our goal is to ship you order the same day or next business day. Products are shipped from Dallas, Texas. You will receive tracking information directly from the shipping provider.
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Combat Boots Jewelry, please return them in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please use a method of shipping which may be tracked to ensure a prompt refund or exchange.

Our policy covers for 30 days on necklaces, chains, and or bracelets. If 30 days past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, the Combat Boots themselves are covered for ONE year. If anything such as defect or discoloration occurs and proper maintenance has been performed. Please contact us immediately and we will exchange the pendant.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or after one year on the combat boots pendant.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
